Back On That Rowing Machine
It’s time to get back on the rowing machine, not something I enjoy until I get back in the groove of it. It’s a good form of exercise and, as exercise goes, it’s my preferred route for getting my heart rate up and ensuring I stay fit to ride. I use a rowing machine in combination with some stretching and pilates. I’ve never tried yoga which seems to be a popular one with riders – for me pilates is enough to cope with.
The huffing and puffing has begun in earnest, if you could see me it’s quite comedy but thankfully you can’t.
