It was an early start getting up at 1.30am so I could be at Paul’s yard for 3.00am to set off for Aachen. After a long journey we have arrived. Silks has travelled really well and it is such a big show with vaulting, driving, dressage, show jumping and eventing – hence they call it the World Festival Of The Horse.
We get to walk the course tomorrow and have a dressage lesson with Gareth before the trot up at 5pm. Anyway it will all kick off very soon.
