Today I had the trot up for Womble at Burghley, and he strutted his stuff and looked very bright. There were a good few horses that were held, but all bar one got through.
Unfortunately Shane Rose’s horse did not pass and it was sad to see someone come such a long way and then not be able to compete. The course is big but fair and the ground seems as though it will be fine, so all seems set for a good competition.
