Sad Farewells

Bill LevettToday was a sad day for me as I had to say goodbye to my parents. They’ve been over for the last month or so and have been doing a stirling job helping Jenny and me at home with the children and lots of chores and maintenance in the yard. We wouldn’t have managed without them for the last month and their time with us has all too quickly come to an end. It’s been great for the kids to spend some quality time with them and there have been lots of laughs.

So an unusual day for me, riding and teaching early and then an afternoon at the airport saying goodbyes. An early night in store as we have a 3.00am departure for Cholmondeley, a new event for us, tomorrow. I’m looking forward to it as it will be a bit of a fact finding mission with Alfie and Sunny – fingers crossed all the preparation of the last few weeks and months pays off.

Cheers,

Bill
