Today was all about more cross country walking for me. It’s a strong course, with lots of jumps that have forward distances to angled fences. That should suit Alfie as he has a long stride and he normally has been very genuine on a line. So it’s down to me to ride him well.
Hopefully all will go well on Saturday and we can put up a good showing. We have finished the dressage in 10th place with Michael Jung again out in front in 1st and 2nd place but otherwise the scores pretty close at the top end.
